Ensemble was the only thing I liked about Microsoft. Hopefully they'll make a new RTS for the PC, not a Halo spin-off.

Ensemble Studio was owned by Microsoft since 2001 It was not a Free company anyway...
All Ensemble Studio employees will be transfered to the Microsoft Game studio... The next Halo 4 or any game sequel based on Ensemble creations will be released as normal but under the name of the Microsoft Game studio
ENSEMBLE GAMES ARE NOT DEAD can you understand that ??? The creators will just work officially under the Microsoft Game Studio now which has more advanced tech for developing games. Only the company name is changed the same creators will still be there. So some of you need to stop your boring drama in here...

Exactly Rare has not really lived up to expectations since MS aquired them. Shadowrun killed FASA. I would not be suprised to see Rare go that way if they don't pick up their game.
