Violence is your best course of action since you seem to not be able to out smart them.
im thinking about just talking to them. Like asking why they are bothering me, call me the mispronounced name(an attendance monitor with a high accent), and because they keep claiming to want to be my friend for some reason, i'll just say that if they really want to be my friend, then they've got to start calling me by my real name. Is this a good idea? i mean, they don't seem like the violent kind, just the kind that would say but not do. I don't know if bx science kids would do thing on freshman Friday...
I know its tough but just try to ignore them, bullies usually do what they do because they lack self-confidence therefore they have to make sure everyone around them has a lower self-esteem than they do, if you show that you have confidence it could scare them.
Just don't try to do anything stupid by acting too confident, if the problem persists than you should definitely talk to someone of authority about it.
I took gym senior year too.
don't be a snitch, you gotta toughen up and fight back. Kick one of them really hard in the knee cap from the side, break his fucking knee. You'll notice the bullies leaving you alone after that

Iknow your joking but that statement is not even remotely humorous. unfortunately bullying leads to acts of violence at schools across the world such as you describe with guns and knives. On Topic, talk to a school administrator and most importantly talk to your family, you are better than bein a bully's victim
Learn to rap. If you throw down some ill freestyle, you'll win their girlfriends' hearts. Then they will drive around the streets in a rage and crash into a manure truck, filling their convertible. Just make sure you don't get hit on by your own mom at the school dance. Doc will be waiting at the clock tower. Don't be late.

Look for the biggest one.
Walk up and kick as hard as you can in the nuts and then don't let up just keep hitting and kicking until you are physically restrained by teachers/etc.
You may get hit by someone else and even lose overall, but they will learn that you won't take shit and you will gain respect.
EDIT: If you tell they will just pick on you worse. Trust me, bullies usually are only 'bullies' because they are with freinds and are generally pussies when alone. Just go f'ing crazy on one and really mess him up. I garauntee you they will let up.
