Look for the biggest one.
Walk up and kick as hard as you can in the nuts and then don't let up just keep hitting and kicking until you are physically restrained by teachers/etc.
You may get hit by someone else and even lose overall, but they will learn that you won't take shit and you will gain respect.
EDIT: If you tell they will just pick on you worse. Trust me, bullies usually are only 'bullies' because they are with freinds and are generally pussies when alone. Just go f'ing crazy on one and really mess him up. I garauntee you they will let up.
