I noticed they were comparing the PS3 to the PS2. Not exactly surprising. You have the resources increased. Of course you could do more with that.

 Well considering the jump between launch PS3 games and current PS3 games has been huge, i think its worth the wait to see whats next

Yeah I know we've gone from mediocre 5 hour long games ruined by six-axis to acceptable length titles that can pass for decent quality games. I predict it's only a matter of time before the PS3 starts showing good or, dare I say, exceptional games.

lol your anti-PS3 trolling is pretty funny. You must have some bad memories. The funny thing is that nothing of your sentence is true. Resistance 1 was for sure not short but much longer than for example Halo or Gears. And with Uncharted, GT5-P, MGS4 some of the best games are available for PS3.

Now getting better games over time is definitely better than the alternative. Other consoles had their best games first (Wii Sport, Zelda, Galaxy) followed by worse games (Mario Kart) and finally absolutely terrible things like Wii Music this christmas. I shudder to think what will be available for Wii 2009 if they follow this trend.

You mean the game all the Sony fans appologized for when it came out saying it was just a launch title and shouldn't be judged too hardly then when nothing better came out for a year it somehow became the most beloved title for the console? And Uncharted, the game that pushed the envelope about as far as if I'd set that same an envelope infront of a glacier. The game that will always be remembered for playing it as safe as possible with the action/adventure genre, but hey at least it looked pretty right?. And Gran Turismo, a luxury racing car game, tell me, do you list it only because it typically sells well or do you actually considering a Luxury Racing Car game something worth bragging about?

Lol, Super Mario Galaxy, game of the year 2007, yeah, what a travesty that was huh? Twilight Princess, runner up for game of the year 2006. Wii Sports, a bundled mini-game made solely to showcase the Wii's abilities, lol. Mario-Kart, a game that has outsold anything to date on the PS3 and despite the critics dissaproval of it is considered one of the best Mario Karts of all time. And Wii Music, I wasn't aware you'd gotten a chance to play it already, lol. I see no mention of RE4, Super Smash Bros. Brawl or Metroid Prime 3 either, what gives? And judging by your follow up comment just above, I'd say graphics seems to be the primary merit you measure a game on. Though for you to praise MGS4's graphics shows a clear avoidance of such issues common with such games, Frame Rate drops. Ah Kyros, anti-Sony trolling you say?
