Forums - Nintendo - The OFFICIAL E3 2007 Nintendo Press Conference Thread

Nintendo is trying to plug their WiFi through another media stream of people saying they love it lol. FC's still suck Nintendo, but give me Brawl online and I'll forgive you.

Around the Network

well these videos are showing how much nintendo has been praised in the mainstream press lately, that's for sure.

still no new games except maybe medal of honor, not sure what that was

5.5 million DS's have gone online, like 12% not really that impressive actually :P

Wow 5.6 million downloads...25 were mine :D

This profile is no longer in use, see my other profile *~Onna76~*

so no real online
?

VC has had 5.6 million downloads, that's a lot of painless cash for Nintendo.

Around the Network

5.6 million VC games, less than one per system still, oh well

new channel: Check Mii Out, popularity contest

Check Mii Out!

Reality has a Nintendo bias.

Finally some online Mii goodness.

I just missed ALL of that cause of work...

Kickass I guess.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Nobody cares about the Mii channel, get out the WiiWare channel faster. Next year is a long way off compared to Microsoft and Sony's services which are already running strong.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S.
