LBP is the better game.

a gamer will enjoy the better game, not the one with the better sales.

the one with the better sales, the sales of it doesnt improve/degrade your gaming experiance in anyway what soever, it does nothing for the gamer.



...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

The Gamecube game had mid-N64 graphics and got mid-high 80's, so I don't think that will be a factor.  It might be the thing that pushes it into the 80's from the low 90's, but that's probably it.  The fact is, the reviewers seem to understand that AC's extremely simple look is part of its' charm (hence why the DS game, which looked very similar to the GC game, got such high graphical scores).

Why is this under Sony discussion? Shouldn't it be under sales (or games - if there is such a discussion group)?

To answer your question Animal Crossing Wii will definitely sell more. Much more infact.

Obviously, Animal Crossing will sell a lot more than LittleBigPlanet. Look at the DS game: it sold a shitload of units.

Now, I don't think the Wii version will sell as much as the DS version, but it will easily outsell its GameCube brother. I'm thinking between 5 and 8 million.

LittleBigPlanet will be a lot of fun, and probably will get better reviews. However, I just don't see it reaching much more than 2 million tops. It's too quirky, it's new, and the PS3 just doesn't have that a big installed base.
