Definitely uneventful. Assassin's Creed (except for the floating body) and COD4 looked amazing, but there wasn't any big reveal outside of RE5. Just showed a bunch of stuff we knew was coming out.

They seem to be very fond of movie-like game trailers. The "In a World..." guy was the only thing missing from that pointless Halo recruitment clip.

Great games coming this year, but this was just a reinforcement of the fact.

I agree it was disappointing considering our expectations but lets wait until the other 2 have theirs to see how it stacks up.

We all knew the 360 lineup for 07 and how strong it is, this conference should have had new stuff and it didn't which is why it's a disappointment.

I'm not criticizing 360's great lineup for the rest of the year just the E3 presentation.

RE5 was hte only highlight. Taht was a waste of 90mins of my life. Wow I hope the other 2 conferences are better cuase I cover these things for another forum. Don't want to fall asleep on the job.

Well Funny how the multiplatform games all look better than the first party games. gawd that was a horrible conferance. actually its the exact same one from last year

Halo 3 looked disappointing to me too. I mean did it really blow anyone away? I expected a much better looking and much better made trailer to wow people.

g4 blew it when they cut away at the halo 3 video

 One first party game looked amazing and stood right there with COD 4 and RE 5 and it was Mass Effect.

On the feed it looked like the beta LOL the viewing area was crappy on the feed, I'm talking like a bit smaller than a youtube video. So, I can't judge if the graphics had anything, but the trailer wasn't anything special.

With the quality issues, staled sales and weak showing at game shows. Ms is just giving away their lead, wtf is wrong with them.

At worst i expected a hell of alot more Halo3, their big 1st game is really losing its hype.
