Hi everyone,

 

Yesterday I was checking the Japanese Store and I saw XENOGEARS for download. Does anyone knos if its coming to the US? For me , Xenogears and FF7 are the best RPGs of life.

I haven't seen any official word on it coming to North America. The Japanese PSN store has a bunch of PS1 titles that haven't made their way to NA yet, included Metal Gear Solid.

After just finishing Xenogears recently I don't think I would download a PSN version, honestly the second disk really disappointed me. I have heard of how epic it was from many people and it was...till the second disk when it was less a game and more of static background exposition.

@Darknight DS: No, you may confuse it to Xenosaga. Although, the director for both games is Tetsuya Takahashi(?), co-founder of Monolith Soft, who left Square in 1998.

Sadly that's what happens when they cut the budget... just imagine how even greater this game would have been if the 2nd disc was like the first one.

Xenogears is my favorite RPG, period. Its such a great game in every way.



We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
