Sounds great...but we need more than 2 reviewers... You need to get a lot..so there can be an average
So you don't put pressure on those chosen to play games that they dont like.

we do have games review by a few contributors on some games in the news section... On topic: I like this idea!

but hopefully everyone will like it. 
You could organize it by systems and have User reviews. We must avoid troll reviews though. Some members might just want to put a game down (LBP, The Conduit, Gears of War 2).

User reviews would also be nice.
I'd like to suggest in addition that under the My games window in the profile, that if possible the overall score and maybe one or two word phrase be tagged underneath the box art for quick viewing.
i.e. If you view my profile and you are seeing my collection. You will see the first title Final Fantasy Tactics like always with Box art the directly beneath it will be "9.5" " My Favorite!"(Underneath the 9.5)
