Yeah Ive contacted them to alert them that they need to change their name. I have stuff Copywritten in the Library of Congress as Distant 2nd that dates back to 1998, nearly a decade before this other band showed up. Theres also a group from Texas called The Distant Seconds, whop formed in 96. Our official govt documentation supercedes either of these bands, thus proving us as the first to document the name. In a legal battle, we would win. Yet, I figure we'll just make them embarass themselves by bringing our music to the masses. Then people will yell at them to change their name FOR us. =)

best concert I have ever attended was Trans Siberian Orchestra.....their mix of pyrotechnics, fake snow, etc was amazing
