Was there new data that came in to pull the 360 numbers back again?  Kinda crazy that the 360 has been wallowing in these 10 million  +/- .05 for quite some time.  Poor Microsoft can't catch a break.

the sales number actually is dropping. they are going to hit zero in the next 3 years!

wii figures went up also

Microsoft has been so excited about reaching this land mark that they decided to hover around these numbers to savor the flavor.

After all, who can get tired of saying:

"Looking at next gen sales, we have sold ...

*zoom in*

... ten meeeellion consoles."

japan and america hasn't ever been changing for 360, only the others numbers. The others numbers have been drastically overestimated for 360 over the last 5 months. Looks like they have PS3 outselling 360 overall now week by week.

I think the latest Europe sales figures came in, which upped the Wii figures. 360 figures would have also been upped (PS3 figures have been), but there was an adjustment for the 360 as well (down).

Poor old 360 - I hope it doesn't drop below the 10m barrier again ;)

EDIT:

Errrr... actually if the sales keep up the same as last week, Wii will still be .5 Million behind on the week ending July 29, 2007.

Maybe it'll sell 500K in 2 days :P
