I love it, so much.  I am finally living on my own and loving every minute of it.  And I am so proud of how good it looks!

Here are some pics:

Rough cost for everything pictured except office chair and computer equipment = $1925

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

Yeah, I picked them up in Arizona at this cheap ass Mexican store in Arizona for $20 each.  Great deal.  My mom hated them, but several people (including her after I she saw what I did with them) have said they thought they are really cool.

Yeah, luckily I was able to pick up most of them (except the granitish wall hangings) at a vintage store for cheap (around $30 a pop).  That is why Austin, Texas is one of the best places on earth.

Framing the LP's was cheap too.  I got the frames for $5 a piece and some of the LP's for only $4.

nice, looks way better then my app.

Where are the figurines? The games? Gamemagazines? Paints of naked females videogame heroes?

You fail!

J/K It looks pretty nice.

Looks nice and fancy

Congratulations.

I like the LP wall. Prince, R.E.M., The Police, The Doors... The Cure is missing though and maybe The Beatles´ Revolver.

The books on the table...hmm, a home to attract intellectual ladies for in-depth discussions about art. Not a bad starter.
