I would say the 360 because that would make logical sense...but nothing MS has done recently has made much sense so I'll go with Wii for the fuck of it.

I am not sure. Because I am not convinced that the Arcade price drop is not the beginning of the end for that model.

Given where Microsoft wants to -- or can compete -- it needs a HD. Most of the new media features, game installs, DLC, etc., require it. In other words, many of the places where Microsoft makes money require a HD. So it is doubtful that it will continue to make the stripped down Arcade model forever. I would not be surprised if it disappeared in Spring 2009, followed by a Summer 2009 price drop to bring the 60G model in price congruence with the Wii.

At that point, Nintendo will probably be at the point where it will need something to move the consoles. At first, it will be Wii Sports Resort and Wii Motion Plus as the pack-in. But by 2010, Big N will probably need to cut its price as the Xbox 60G will be at $200 and the PS3 at $300.

Getting back to the original question, both end up at $150 in 2011.

the 360 won't put a dent in the Wii or ps3 Sales with that though..btw

360-- Nintendo won't lower prices to maintain profitability and MSFT doesn't plan on cutting out the Arcade anytime soon due to their 3 tier marketing.

360 arcade will hit it first, imho.
