Depends on Americas sales... they are supposed to be high with Super Mario Sluggers, so probably yes.
Americas + Others have to make up 301k sales on their own, as in Japan the game only sells about 9k per week.

about time Nintendo has a game that outsells Duck Hunt. Only took them 4 generations (pokemon red/blue/green doesnt count). Now for them to beat their highest selling game, Super Mario Bros, which means another 10 million copies of Wii Sports... this will take a while even for the Wii.
