Valkyria Chronicles looks amazing.
BTW, Kingdom Hearts did push the PS2's hardware(atleast KHII did anyway)

Artistic approach requires talent just like pushing the hardware. So the 3rd parties answered:

I agree completely, but so many third parties still don't see the Wii as a good investment, so they put no brain power into creating something that requires imagination.
These games look great, btw!
Also, games must have awesome music. Fragile, anyone!?
As it is in art, realism only goes so far before it bows before the avant-garde.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...
