Wouldn't see the point. The best 360 experiences need HD tvs and big ass sound. Playing a Call of Duty game on anything other than a massive screen with sound so loud that it offends the neighbours is just wasting your time surely? :D

The Zune? If M$ did make a handheld, they are probally going to try and compete with Sony for making the most advanced one... and they are probally going to lose more money.

Won't happen, ever. MS has two products on the handheld stage, Zune and Windows Mobile. They'll pimp up games offerings on any of those before creating a third handheld environment.
