fallout 3 or gears of war 2 which game should i buy plz give a reason why i should get

what sort of info do you want? i like rpgs and tps i loved oblivion and gears 1 im only allowed 1 game before january anything else

If you like playing through your games 100% then I suggest Fallout 3. The game will be packed with over 100 hours including side missions etc. I beat Oblivion 100% and got all the achievements at 130 hours (I think).
But, if you want an online experience and don't already have one, go for GoW2.

My personal tastes (since I know nothing about yours) would say pick up Gears of War 2.

I was pretty excited about Fallout 3 but after I saw the E3 showing I just lost all hype for that game.

I think the thing that bothered me the most was the thing where you stop the game, shoot the enemy in a specific spot, you see an unskippable cut scene of the bullet hitting them in a dramatic way, and then the body explodes. That just blew my mind how they turned a neat feature into something so horrible.
