Forums - General - Who will win the 2008 Presidential Election?

Nobody knows, but here is a good place to look at current polls from non-partison pollsters.  You guys like this site so you are into statistics, electoral-vote.com keeps up graphically shows where McCain and Obama stand nationally, and if the polls were correct and the election was held today who would win.

Obama currently leads McCain 278 to 247, but many polls are well within the margin of error.

I say chuck norris. or wii fit.

Haha, the conversation between "Schmidt" and McCain there is hilarious, and EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.

I thought it would be a landslide for Obama before. Now I think it will be a double landslide after Palin gets eaten alive by Biden in the debates.

I'm not thinking landslide, but I do think that Barack Obama will barely slide by John McCain.

A lot of the swingstates have a 1-2 percent difference between Obama and McCain, thats not much at all considering the usual margin of error for these polls is 3-5 percent and that there are still two more months left for a lot of things to happen.

Obama already took 4 small states that Bush got in 2004, and now it's down to 6 swing states. It's gonna take a miracle for McCain to win.

its gonna be a close one, I think Obama will win though.

I sure hope Obama wins... Not only is he a great speaker, he has some seriously good plans to kickstart Amerika (and the World?!) to new hights... McCain = more of the same, which obviously doesn't sound too attractive! Go Obama! !

THE NETHERLANDS

after the palin announcement, i've kinda felt that it was in the bag for obama.
Unless we find out that he raped her......
in which case it is going to be a non-contest

Obama, clearly. The US is tired of the GOP, and it's time for a change. Now I can only hope my idiot country does the same when the election is announced in a few weeks.
