this time last year, Wii was at 41.6%, if it's 47% now, that means that every month gave it roughly .45% increase
with this spread out we have not quite a full 2% increase by the end of december, which is a little ahead of my prediction, but still a bit off to reach 50% by 09. Also, keep in mind that while I mentioned .45% per month, that's a linear increase, but in terms of percentages, it's actually more likely to slow down how much it increases per month with each month that passes.
in actuality, last month, at july 27th, it was at 46.7%, so we had a .3% increase since last month. With 10 months left until the end of june, I stand a pretty good shot at my prediction being totally accurate. 47% + 10*3% = 50%!!!
i'm hoping the increase in Wii sales will keep the % increase at steady .3% per month, rather than letting it slow down, like it should actually do.
