okay sorry for all the off topic questions I promis this will be the last one, but will Versus be like FFXII in terms of gameplay and will FFXIII be like all the other Final Fantasy games for gameplay?

FFXIII, from a famitsu translation that I can't remember the link to went something like this:
The commands will have a menu that you go through as if on a wheel. You are able to pre-program the sequence and edit as you go, this allows the action to flow instead of having the "you hit they hit" feel of FF1-10 or the non FF system of FF12. They really want to get it so the fights are like watching Advent Children but having control.
Versus:
When it was first announced, was said to have a focus on gunplay and sword fighting in a way no other FF game (I think they mean spin off's too) has ever done. The game play was said to be more action oriented. In other words, action based but not like Dirge of Cerberus...
But that was a long time ago, who knows what it has evolved into.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

Somebody hasn't been paying attention, here's whats happened thus far:
- S-E announced that it'll begin production of the 360 version after it finishes the PS3 version in Japan. Porting it over whilst doing the english translation for the PS3 english release
- S-E then announced that the PS3 will not suffer due to porting.
What part of those two statements makes you think that FFXIII won't take advantage of the PS3. AND after hearing Kojima state that he doesn't feel he made complete use of the PS3's capabilities on MGS4, what makes you think S-E (or anyone really) can for the PS3? Remember, the PS2 got it's best looking game at the end of it's lifespan (GoW2), so I doubt any console in the current gen will see it's full potential this year or next.
To answer OP: I'll wait till both games are released before I make a judgement, because we know very little about both games AND from the stuff found on the internet, we don't know what's real and what's not. The only judgement anyone could make is that FFXIII VS will probably look better because it'll be released later (probably with a newer version of the white engine).
@gilgamesh: no one has seen actual gameplay yet (in game screen apparently surfaced) but it's said to be action, so think faster then XII, more in line with KH (I would say).

sorry, i ment take advantage as much as possible at that particular time, FFXIII will be better on PS3 because of uncompressed textures, sound etc ie Bcause of blu ray
i don't understand how verses could outsell FFXIII.

Isn't the PS3 Version of FFXIII supposed to take full advantage of th PS3?
1- I don't know much about them so i don't know yet
2- It's possible that Versus will look better because it will be launched after FFXIII
3- FFXIII without a doubt
