typically golden box discounts are 50 - 80% off. So figure the 80GB PS3 that is normally $399 will be between $119 - $199.

The chances of them selling a PS3 for less than 200 bucks is slim to none.

More than likely, they will all be deals on games. Wouldn't be surprised to see a heavy discount on something like Rock Band or Guitar Hero, maybe MGS4 will drop to 39.99, maybe the eye/eyetoy thing will be discounted. Stuff like that.

Just looking at Amazon now, the PS3 80GB isn't even available from Amazon. You have to buy it from other sellers.

Gold Box deals are not always 50-80% off -- there are a couple active right now that are about 20-30% off.

I can see that as an inventory clearance price for 40GB PS3s... ($280-$320 USD)
