Disgaea 3 - Comes out tomorrow. If you like SRPGs, then this is a must have. The Disgaea games are very fun, but they are pretty long. Make sure you have lots of time to devote to it.

Eternal Sonata - Since you have a 360, I'm pretty sure you've played it. The PS3 version comes with extra features/content. If you enjoyed the game and care about the extras, then get it. Should come out before the years end.

Valkyria Chronicles - Looks pretty amazing. The graphics, combat system, etc. So far, it has gotten lots of positive previews and reviews.

Folklore - While it isn't an RPG, it does have some RPG elements. You'll admire it's storytelling. Definitely hooks you and leaves you wondering what happens next. The gameplay is pretty fun; each folk has kind of their own ability. Try and catch them all.

White Knight Chronicles - Level-5 games are pretty great, but they sometimes lack a good story. Jeanne D'Arc proved that they can deliver a great story. Hope they do the same with WKC. We'll probably get a release date on TGS.

So what this thread implies is that there are NO non SRPG PS3 JRPG exclusives?!I haven't paid attention to the PS3 scene for RPGs as i've been up to my neck on the Xbox 360 side.

Pray tell me theres one coming out before SO4?! Because otherwise the streak will be something like 7 straight JRPG games in a row on the Xbox 360 without touching the PS3 for even one.

Eternal Sonata, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Infinite Undiscovery, Last Remnant, Star Ocean 4, Tales of Vesperia. Thats my aprox play order based on release dates for PAL. Feel free to insert any non SRPG PS3 JRPG games anywhere you like.

im definitely picking up disgaea, and ive been researching white knight chronicles that looks pretty interesting

Eternal Sonata comes out in September. The last Remnant comes out early next year. WKC will be out before the end of March 2009. All before SO4 will be out on 360. Wait until TGS, Sony will have a lot more up there sleeve then MS will. There are probably some more I have forgotten about.

Sony mentioned at E3 that White Knight Story/Chronicles will be released this financial year.

Since I would have played every game on the 360 the only game to break the streaks going to be WKC? Hmmm sounds like my streak will be cut short at about 6, though it depends whether or not it gets a delayed PAL release. You know anything about that?

Yeah true.  It will be hard to beat that story.  Still... i've been waiting forever for someone to come through with this system.

I'm not sure. I think they are aiming for a worldwide release before the end of Q1 2009. If it gets delayed in PAL, just import it from NA where it will probably see an earlier release. Do you know when SO4 is coming out? All I have heard is TBA 2009.
