I personally would LOVE to see both games remade. They could remake ALttP for the Wii this gen and OoT as a launch title for Nintendo's next console, seeing that it will be fully HD capable and that would glorify the game even more.

I want to see one of the two remade this gen.

ALttP = A Link to the Past (SNES)
OoT = Ocarina of Time (N64)

Ocarina of Time is sorta like a remake of A Link to the past.
but i would like a real reamke of Alttp,with motion plus,but this is most likely not gonna happen.

I just finished Link to the Past. Awesome game. But what would be the point of remaking them? (aside from money that is). I really can't see what it would ad to the experience. Best to just let players discover the original games than redo them just for shiny graphics sake.

 It would work better with the wii mote+motion plus.

LoZ's arent about the graphics.

I think Nintendo should leave the legacies of those games alone, and do something daring again like Majora's Mask.

You can't remake perfection and I wouldn't even consider buying a remake of either game.

@stof: I know what you mean, but it's not only that (graphics and sound) I want to play the game again and feel like I'm playing it again for the first time. I think that's the point of a remake besides the main which is making money.

And I trust Nintendo so much that I know they wouldn't spoil the game for people who are yet to play the original. Those are my all-time favorite games, I really want to see them remade, since I've beaten them like 20 times each or even more.
