I have to agree with the consistency of reviewing. That has been an issue lately with a great many reviewers. Often they seem to have no rhyme or logic perhaps because they are anticipating demographics. On one hand they treat all games as equal for purposes of rating, but on the other hand they place curves, and comparative inequities in the other.

After all how fair is it to use a curve for a game directed at small children, and then penalize another game for not being on par with other games in a similar genre directed at a general demographic of more mature players. One would think the game with more depth should have an edge.

I am just seeing the point. The reviewers need to start treating the fractured nature of gaming within their review system. Perhaps it is time to develop a set standard for games in a certain range, and use a different system for different age groups, or attach warnings to niche titles.

yh because all the reviewers are so biased towards to human, well all i have to say is when a pro 360 site like eurogamer gives a 360 exclusive a 6, then you know something is wrong.

 You don't really get it do you? The whole point is for ppl to give the game a try. Hell if we listened to reviewers we might think GTA 4 was the perfect game which it isnt. If I listened to you every 360 would be crap. Reviews are opinions and more than ever these days they are far off the beaten track. You can come up with all the conspiracy theories about well site is pro Sony or anti MS or whatever you wanna call it but its up to the consumer to decide for themselves which is what the vid is about albeit in a weird way. If you trust reviewers all the time than you are selling yourself short on your gaming experience.

He must not have been talking about review scores since he doesn't believe they have credibility. He must be talking about real people, thus only people that have played the game. Somehow with those views though, he can make snap judgements of a game he doesn't claim to have played in his post.

What ignorance? The majority of the people that have played the game and in turn write about it say its mediocre. If you like it so much turn off the computer, stop trolling for flamewars and play the stupid game. I for one couldnt even get into the Demo, I cant imagine trying to get through 10 hours of that mess.

On to the rant, its funny and all, but Kevin (God bless his soul) is about the biggest 360 fanboi on the planet, anything he says about an exclusive for the system should be taken with a grain of salt the size of a dump truck. Nothing against him, I love him and Attack of the Show, hes just not someone to point to as a "voice of reason".

Really? Your going to go the "If you havnt played it shut up" route? I played the Demo for about an hour, and couldnt keep playing, Im not going to waste my money to get the game so I can fit into your idea of someone that is informed, even at rental prices.

If you want us to respect your view that its a good game, then you have to respect our view that its a mediocre game. Everyone has an opinion and everyone else thinks its wrong on these boards.

From my time with the game(I only played on a friends system till I can pick it up for myself) it's a game with good highs and bad lows. Some of the system is kind of confusing but you do get into a groove with it after a short time and it is only mildly pestering.

As far as combat goes it's completely satisfying and the customizing is very good, you can basically build the kind of warrior you like.

I'd put this game on a niche scale where you'll either love or hate it. I would instead advise people to think about their previous games and try to judge if this adventure/rpg style game would work for them. If you liked Diablo and some of the PC point and click games you'll probably like Too Human, though it does have a lot of differences there's a good deal of similarities.
