Regarding fatalities, you can do fatalities on anyone, so Joker could blow Batman's head off. However, the DC heroes don't kill, so instead of fatalities they have brutalities, which are similar, but not fatal. Superman, for example, hammers his opponent down into the ground like a nail.

any word yet on the story mode?

I hear they're going to try make a believable reason for the hook-up, but i wonder who the main character would be?

Personally I'm hoping for Lobo to be in it. - brb gonna check the site...

Edit: :( just checked the ever reliable Wiki page, and no Lobo.

It does largely confirm what you've said below on the story mode though

Not that I've heard about, no. Just that if you choose the MK side you'll view the DC people as enemies/invaders and vice versa if you choose the DC side.

Nah I meant, fatalities done to them.

I just don't see it happening, even to the villains, because of DC.

Read my post. I pointed out that it does happen to them. Even linked a video where Scorpion incinerates The Flash.

That would be cool. But I think they'll stick with the regular strictly non-killing move for him too, even though he's probably the darkest of the heroes.
