You don't think that refers to the people sitting in their cars who were present at the scene? I'm assuming that if a motorcycle passes by at 100 MPH, you might miss it if you blink.

why would a newscaster being talking about what drivers might or might not have seen when the entire story revolves around the guy speeding while using a footage of the guy? would not make any sense.

Probably tried to create the immersive (i believe i just made up a word) experience he felt gta4 should have been
but all in all, i can't see how this could possibly be a negative for the fight for "video games don't cause violence" argument.... right?
