don't buy a handheld unless you take the bus/train or fly frequently. there are too many issues with a handheld vs a home system (screen size, battery life, lugging the thing around, theft etc). Only buy one if you truly desire portable gaming, otherwise just stick to what you already own.

Nintendo DS, it's the only reason you'll ever need.

Oh god, this thread is basically, "Come in and insult the PSP please" - Here's a reason: Don't buy it because you can't afford it.

it has a weak battery which equals charging, which turns to bigger electric bill lol

How about your credit score? That will screw you more than not having a PSP bundle.

I don't know about you, but I have dozens of unfinished games...I pick up one of those when I feel the urge to buy a new one that I can't afford.

The BETTER PSP is coming in a few months.

PSP isn't even durable. My friend was taking off the packaging when he bought it. It popped out of the bag, and broke right there....on a carpeted floor.

A better PSP is coming out in Nov...

*PSP = you can do almost anything....

*hacked PSP = the ability to play any handheld game,ds (ds emulator runs slow on PSP though),gba, gbc/bg, game gear,etc.

*and also can run console games anywhere from nes to PS1....and also dreamcast (the emulator runs slow though)

*and tons of applications...(too many for me to name)
