not to keen on the art direction but it is a game that can open up the Wii to the ore gamer.

great it won lots of E3 awards, but the wii's showing was crap there so the competition was weak, win is a win though

The game feels to much like a light gun shooter to me, the waving around of the aiming icon on screen kinda makes me sick.

I think they quite likely will.

Remember that the big boss bug went from looking dull and pixelated to cool and glossy in a single month. They have about six more months of dev time if they want to publish in Q1 '09, and no publisher to yank their chain to prevent them from pushing back that date if they decide to polish the game up more.

High Voltage is trying to use this game to spring out of the minor leagues and into the majors. They are very motivated to make this game as tight as they can. If this gamble doesn't pay off for them they might not get another chance for a while.

@OP Looks nice. Especially the Lighting, and Shadows. The environment textures seem to be looking slightly better too. By the time they are done the environment textures should be significantly better than the first ones.
