back when i posted in this thread i was against it but now i feel all the exclusive games should go multi :) i really hope so

the only people who are against it are those crazy fanboys who only want to justify the purchase of their system.

basically, they're only upset because they can't brag about it to their x360 owning friends anymore.

I'm quite happy that FFXIII comes to the 360 as I bought my 360 for Tales of Vesperia, FFXIII and Star Ocean 4.

As SE has explained more than once, they don't even start localizing the US/Europe version of EITHER systems until the Japanese PS3 version is out, so that is a moot point. You're not playing it until SE localized it, which happens to take place at the same time as porting.

Can someone tell me where this is coming from? From what I've read, they aren't delaying anything, but they're developing the 360 version at the same time as the translation for the PS3-version is going on, which only means that that's the reason the 360 version won't be released in Japan. Why does everyone say it's going to be delayed because of it?

 

I wish I lived in the same world as you. The world where FFXIII is not being delayed for PS3 untill its done for 360.

I'm not really against it initially, but I see that the road has become much shorter for another dev to jump ship and go 360 only next time around, which is bad for me not wanting to buy a console for only one or a few good games.

if it can fit in a single dvd, something they probably will do to make it multi plat is not as inmersive as i was hoping for. god knows what else the sacrificed.
