The only way I think would good is that Microsoft sells their gaming division to nintendo instead of a merger. With free XBL and better hardware at low price it will be good for gamers.

There will no Microsoft backing up than, plus no financial assistance of course.

To be honest, the only deal I want to see between the two companies is Ninty buying the rights to perfect dark and conker franchises

 You ask for too much. They would lose alot of money. I hate when people go through life with the mentality that you have. Better hardware with a low price is literally like asking a dancer to cut their leg off and perform a perfect dance without hopping. 

Well low price that I was thinking is around the price of the current Wii since the 360 and Wii is selling at around the same price currently and with nintendo they know how to make profits on their consoles so they should be able to pull it off.

Btw. Why should M$ be paying the bills? Nintendo makes more money they can spend and has only one non-profitable year in its 109 years history. I think they'll manage by their own.

Something like SCE would make use for outside funding.
