And you can get a general "feel" of a game by observing it in ways such as how the the gameplay looks, how the eviroment interacts with the players and vice versa. Also you obveously havnt seen much news on the game because enviroments arnt going to be just "Grey and Brown." It has already been previously stated that the level shown was only one of many different robust levels. Other levels in the game will include things such as forests, and other various landscapes of the helghan planet. Get your information straight. Also it does have a unique look, right now Killzone 2 has some of the best lighting mechanics ever seen in a console game so stfu and stop attacking everyone who has a different opinion other then yourself for christ sakes. |

In the same way as the KZ2 devs have said their will be more robust levels, the GeoW2 devs have said the same thing. The game does not look in anyway unique. It is certainly very pretty, but that is all.
There are many very impressive graphical touches in this game, but lighting is not one of the most impressive. Its probably on par with Halo 3 in that regard, though thats certainly not an insult.
So essentially your argument boils down to "they dont take you to third person when you cover, so its a revolutionary game?"
