I'm not going to scroll 10 pages just to see what number Neos gives for the fact you mention the word "scissor" or "Obi Wan Kenobi". Or see a flame war happen because DMJ rates Cpt. Falcon a 2. Sure, you can say I should keep out but the damn things are cluttering the whole board. It's getting harder and harder to find a good thread now. And this isn't even anything like the sex-thread epidemic we had a few weeks ago - at least there we had an entertaining discussion with either long ass posts or snappy remarks which got more awesome as the threadpages ran...

Can we please move on to a new fad now? Something with more of the "Haha" funny instead of the "God this is so awefull I want to tear my eyes out and still cry myself to sleep" funny.

I fully endorse this thread. It was fun for movies, music, and whatnot but now it's bloody annoying.

The problem is the over abuse of it. Now, it seems there's always a reason to create these threads. It's as annoying as the ''Rate your top 5 [insert thingy] here'' in my opinion... But you know, you can always turn off the Off-topic threads on the front page?

I tried my best to derail one of them(Name a Company) by continuously naming Walmart over and over. It livened up the topic for like an hour but then people stopped going along with it. Maybe we should just bring the sex fad back. At least sex never goes out of style. At least not in my household.

Yeah I have to agree, it's getting a bit tedious, but I do partake in some of them though, but there are too many now.
