not only is he immortal, but hes a freakin god,and not just any GOD, hes the GOD OF WAR.link uses faries.how could faries defeat a GOD!?!? and as for arrows and bombs, how could that possibly compete with fire, lighning and many other GODLY things?!?!

Haha!!! Read my edit.
Now my Kratos brings along the those Blue/Green color alternating chests with him. That way if he needs magic or health he can open each when the color is right. :)
Forget him carrying them, they are already strategically placed on the battle field. If Link can search for a weapon to defeat Kratos, I can have my treasure chests. Hahahahaha!!
By the way, I am far from being serious in this discussion. I am just passing time until I leave for work.

This has to be a joke thread. Kratos would pwn Link. Kratos would just turn Link into stone and break him into little pieces. He can also slow down time, so before Link can use potions and all that stuff, Kratos would've tore him in pieces already. He can also summon Hade's army and use rage of the Gods/Titans power. Oh and Kratos defeated Ares and Zeus. All Link does is beat some deformed beast over and over again.

Link defeated Gohma and Dodongo!!
By the way, I loved pwning Gohma in NES Zelda with my Bow and Arrows. :) Even Dodongo, Link made that loser eat bombs.
