If it interests you in any way, Kratos can also make himself invincible. Why are his weapons weaker?

2)I'm pretty sure you think Mario can beat Kratos as well from what you just said. Yes, Kratos can't beat someone that dances around with fairies trying to catch them. If you trying to use the so called,"Magical clock" I believe it doesn't work against bosses, correct me if it does. As for the Triforce, I'll say it again, he won't heal forever when his heads gone.The last useful thing would be the book of magic, which will kill him in the end...
If you have to pick a specific Link just to fight Kratos then you fail. Kratos doesn't need different forms to kill gods and wipe out armies.

Not only can he take down gods but he can take down multiple gods at one time, and minatours, and centaurs, and cyclops, and cerberus, and gorgons (Medusa), forgot hydras.
Let's get things out in the open. Link is a hero that has to save his respective land from evil. Kratos is a behemoth with a vendetta against the gods themselves. Though the fact that Kratos actually killed two gods seems more badass, that doesn't mean that he can destroy anyone in his path. Link for the most part lacks a personality while Kratos is very rash. He killed his wife and child because he was TRICKED. I don't know about you but I think Link can trick Kratos with the items at his disposal and win in the end despite lacking the brute strength needs to be in a head to head sword-slashing clash.
Pixel Art can be fun.

Of course Mario could beat Kratos (or Link). Killing gods and all... meh... Mario killed the Sun

BTW - for the people saying link is smarter.... you do realize that Kratos was a War Lord Spartan. Stragety is involved with battle plans...
