i have to agree KZ2 will be PS3 next flop and Banjo for 360...

In regards to the question there are quite a few disappointing games in on the horizon across the board. Lemons appear on every console these days. Just try to avoid the bad games. A bad gaming experience is like a visit to the dentist. Painful.

Sony - LBP
The PS3 doesn't have the audience for it no matter how much Internet hype we read. It still might sell a million or two but not the 5, 10 or 20 million predictions being tossed around.

MS - Too Human
"Yi luan tou shi." Chinese meaning bound for failure.

Nin - Wii Music
This might sell well but nothing on the level the Wii series has established.

Anyone who predicted 20 million on a 15 million userbase is stupid.

Ten is just as stupid.

5 could happen with good sales and aggressive bundling.

I personally believe between 3-5 million Lifetime.

Tales of Vespersia, and I mean in both reviews and sales. I'd guess it's reviewed at least a full 10% below Tales of Symphonia on Gamerankings, and will be below Blue Dragon (in Japan) and Lost Odyssey (worldwide) by a signifficant margin in both sales and reviews.

IMO a flop needs a lot of hype to be called a flop. Some games I think will do poorly like Infinite Undiscovery, M.A.G., Fatal Frame IV (well, not really compared to the rest the franchise but compared to other horrors), Red Alert 3, Beyond Good & Evil 2, Prince of Persia, Lips, but they aren't hyped enough to be flops.

Why is everyone calling M.A.G. a flop already, it has only just been announced

^ Because of the name MAG. I see very little hope for a game created just to prove it can be done.

"You can never jump away from Conclusions. Getting back is not so easy. That's why we're so terribly crowded here."

Canby - The Phantom Tollbooth

It's already been done on PC. Not in that exact way, but in similar ways.  They stopped doing it because it wasn't fun to play.

It would be safe to say people are hoping MAG will flop.  Obviously, nobody can say it will flop based on a 20 second cgi trailer.  Once it comes closer to a release date, they will focus on any negative criticism in early previews.  If all else fails, they will claim it is generic or already has been done on some other platform.  These are just symptoms of the disease.

Thanks for the input, Jeff.

Yes, I hate the PS3, and am looking for its games to flop.  Clearly someone should try clicking on people's profiles before they make up some crap about PS3-hating users.
