it irritates me that we cannot track ful gt5p and soon rachet sales because they are on psn. also i would like to track other xbla and psn games. hope that we can track those some day. thanks for your time.

I'd love to see WiiWare and Virtual Console games tracked as well, I expect they will come eventually as the site expands. They already do more here than I think was ever expected.



Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

Unless the publisher releases sales for the online versions, it's difficult to track.

mrstickball has taken it upon himself to trace the XBLA leaderboards and estimate sales for games. I imagine you could do the same for PSN releases? Not sure about VC/WiiWare.

There are weekly estimates by DKII for both American and European Wiiware/VC sales estimated using Nintendo Channel data... And MrStickball does something with XBLA (though I don't know where from)

Check the news stories (Wiiware/VC ones are named "Channel Surfing....")

No one has any PSN info though.

And they can't be added to the database because they are blind estimates with no real figures to compare to.... If someone comes out and states a Wiiware number close to what DKII estimated though then it will validate othe figures a little (but not confirm them)

PSN we don't have a way to form estimates yet.

Both my charts and mrstickball's XBLA charts will end up in the games database someday, we're working on exactly how to manage that and trying to hopefully verify some of our numbers first.
