Forums - General - Do any of you consider yourselves "bodybuilders" or at least enjoy lifting?

I love lifting. I have a hardcore lift though.

Generally Monday, Wednesday Friday-
Bench Press 3 sets x 5, Incline Press 3 x5, Decline Press 3 x 5, Flies 3 x 8, Dips with 45 lbs weight 3 x 8, Shoulder press 3 x 8, Triceps extensions overhead 3 x8, triceps extension down 3 x 8, triceps extension down reverse grip 3 x 8, triceps extension down reverse grip single hand 3 x 8, Super Set of Shoulder Shrugs 3 x 8 and Lateral shoulder raises 3 x8

I should be doing abs in there too but by then I usually skip it.

Generally Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday-
Lat Pulldowns 3 x 8, Super Set of two back machines 3 x 8, Seated rows 3 x8, Bent rows 3 x8, isolation curls close grip 3 x8, isolation curls wide grip 3 x8, isolation curls dumbbells 3 x8, Back extensions with 35 lbs 3 x 15

I'm gonna add legs in there eventually. I just hate working out legs. And once I get to college, Ill add proably 20-30 minutes of cardio after.

Edit: Oh yea, I only take Whey Protein. I dont trust other supplements and Creatine, while it could make you stronger faster, is false muscle gain. And my favorite bodybuilder is Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman. YEA BUDDY!


Now the real question is: What is your benches?

I maxed out this past week and am at 325 lbs. Pretty good seeing as I weight 215.

 No shoulders? Shoulders is like my favorite day. I hit it hard with about 6 different exercises. I average about 5 sets for each exercise as well including the warmup.

I have a 4 day rotation with no days off.

Day 1: Chest, biceps, abs.

Day 2: Back, triceps, calves, obliques, cardio.

Day 3: Shoulders, abs.

Day 4: Legs, calves, lower back, obliques, cardio.

I aim to take no days off unless something important comes up like last week when I had to buy a car or like when I broke my thumb earlier this year. I had a streak of 143 days in a row earlier this year. Muscles take like 48 hours to recover so I'm fully rested by the 5th day. And yes I know triceps get a workout on my chest day. The only supplements I take are whey protein(muscle milk cookies and cream is the best flavor you'll ever taste), multi vitamins, and udos oil. I have nothing against the other supplements and heard that stuff like creatine works but I am not a fan of water retention. I also prefer to get as much real food as possible.
