im going too list 2 arcades that i know of and talk about improvenmts for them

1st

it has 7 machines

donkey kong

centipede

2 pinball machines

a pacman table

a donkey kong table

a ms pacman table

it had some thing were you put 2 hands on 2 metal rods and you get shocked for at least a minete

like its susposed to be fun no i did not use it

2 hunting games

2 pinball machines

2 machines were out of order but they were on=waste of money

why have 2 donkey kongs

and pacman and ms pacman

one of the pinball machines sit their even if its the only empty 1

now to coment about arcade 2

they could replace one of the hunting machines with a centipede machine

A Neo Geo MVS is always an excellent addition for an arcade, 4 different games in 1 cabinet and the ability to inexpensively swap games is a nice benefit

good idea, one of the arcades had a neo photo station by snk

it didnt have good manegment
