360 viable in Japan? 1 week of 24k? PS3 had 87K when MGS4 hit and Thats not even the most popular franchise in Japan,

Basically youre saying its going to be a record breaking holiday and its what VGChartz believes as well. In my opinion, its also going to be Wii>360=PS3 with any differences not worth pointing out.

i never thought the difference would be that big, and that the weekly winner of the two will fluctuate but 360 will come out on top by a marginal gap over all.

Yeah, but honestly does anyone even consider the Wii in the 'console war' anymore? They've won. Hands down. Now the fun is watching the PS3 and 360 fight it out for second place.

My prediction has not changed a lot since last year...

Wii => 150+ million lifetime
360 => 40 million
ps3 => 45 million

I also expect Microsoft to be first on releasing a new console.
