M$ $$$ suggests 360 because the series is one of those that are worth buying.

Disney owns a great deal of the intellectual property that is central to the story of the game as well as a portion of the KH IP itself from what I understand. What that boils down to is simply that *if* they want to step in and decide a platform its going to be that platform, period.

With that said rumors are rumors because they aren't substantiated.

As for the article, the author says it himself. Tetsuya Nomura has full creative control, but the platform choice is not under that heading. Platform choices are made in stuffy offices by the people who poor big buckets of money into the pockets of people like Tetsuya Nomura. People who expect big buckets of money to be poored back into their pockets once the game is launched. You can argue which platform will do that but the idea that Tetsuya Nomura is in control of the choice is wishful thinking at best.

My personal bet would be the Wii. Of course anything can happen, but if it's going for HD consoles, and developent starts after Versus is finished (assuming KH3 being a similar mega project to FF13), it could as well skip this gen.

And i find the no.1 point kind of funny, since Disney owns the IP and shareholders SE, Nomura calling too many shots may end Nomura calling shots to another game. In the worst case scenario, Madden 2010.

Kingdom Hearts is staying where it has always been, PS3.

There are just too many reasons on why it should stay.
1. It started on PS2 and customers like to continue a franchise where it started.
2. The game's audience MAIN audience lies with the PS3 as real fans want to see massive graphical upgrades within the new title.
3. Tetsuya Nomura (an known PSFanboy) is the developer of the game.
4. The game also holds characters that Sony holds liscences too such as the FFVII cast. These characters have become key to the story so it would be akward to take them out
4. Disney stands to only gain by further inforcing the game on PS3 as they are one of the biggest investors in Blu Ray.
5. 360 users dont really like RPGs, hense none of them sell too well...
6. Wii is too technologically inferior to give fans of the series what they want, motion controls would be a minus to the gameplay.
7. Becuase it only makes sense lolz XD

I'm going to be different and say it will be a PSP exclusive. You heard it here first.  Could I enter the bet with that?
