@Xen: Well, 199€ for 360 and 249€ for Wii. With my maths, Wii is 50€ more expensive.

wtf is it exactly a gaming console or keep fit machine for oap's.

Console life cycles can be as long as 10 years so we'll see how well the Wii compares at it's end.

 

You have a point on the ten years but it has been out 2 so thats 20% of its lifecycle and its winning by a large margin.  I am inclined to believe its not a fad 2 years is a long time but anything can happen.



PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

Currently playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Fallout 3, Halo ODST and Dragon Age Origins is next game

Wait a few years and if it drops off the charts it is a fad but I think its somewhere in between...

What YOU find interesting has nothing to do with whether it's a fad or not.

I do go a little by are my FRIENDS playing that console, most of my friends play 360 and we have a wed night game so that obvsiouly would make me lean towards that system
