Um....no. 360 beat the PS3 in 2 out of the 3 regions whereas it won the last few weeks by only beating it in one. If they can keep Japan at an elevated rate along with that rumored price drop in NA then it's gonna be a rough few months for the PS triple.

People.. You do know why Xbox 360 is selling so much in japan? because Tales of Vesperia (or however you spell it), Its obviously going to sell.. Don't worry next week, or the week later sales will be back to normal.

Considering that Japan sold out of 360s, whether it goes back or not depends on if they can restock fast enough. If they restock by next week then it will outsell PS3 again.

Stop the presses!! An extremely anticipated RPG, with a multimillion dollar ad campaign, and bundles outsold the PS3 ONE week. PS3 is DEAD in JAPAN. Oh no.

You have no idea what you are talking about.  Japan didn't sell out of the 360 completely.

Fingers crossed for the release of FFX XIII for Japan.
