Wow. a third-party game now.... At least in this area, Sony is really leading the pack. Man, that's ironic. Anyway, at least they're not just sitting around twiddling their thumbs like they did when the iPod came out.....

Wow?

Is this really a big deal?

I immagine the blu-disc release of the game will have stuff like, better audio, more languages, bonus content like the extra features and making of stuff, and the portability of a disc :P But "need" is a no I would immagine ^^

But this game was held up by the weakness of the 360. Without DVD they would have been able to do so much more just on the PS3 because of the power of t3h cell. Blu-ray will become more important through this gen I think, as people run out of space on DVDs

How many terrabites of free space on your harddrive ?

That should answer your question.......

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

They're going to need to start allowing downloaded games to go on an external USB drive if they keep this up. Of course, there's no reason it isn't possible within the restrictions they'd likely want to place on it in terms of DRM, but as far as I know they haven't implemented it yet.

You can probably get a used copy for less and if you don't like it you can sell it to get some money back, unlike digital downloads. It's just a way for EA to make more money and increase sales for that games since buying used games don't. Digital downloads are bad for consumers because they can't sell the games back.

Woot, and I just brought a new 250gig hard drive :) Looks like burn out might be a great way to fill it :P

  Unleash The Beast!

End of 2011 Sales: Wii = 90mil, 360 = 61mil, PS3= 60mil

@Munkeh god I know it :P I've been waiting SO PATIENTLY to play Xenogears, Star ocean 1 and 2, Wild Arms 2, Brave Fencer Musashi, Legend of Dragoon @_@ god all these amazing PS1 rpg's that I wanted to play but could never find :P This is there time!!!!! Sony's slipping man :P

I've got SO 1 & 2 coming on PSP (and I still need to play SO 3), but I really want them to add FF VII. Hasen't Xenogears been added to the JP PSN store?

Yeah I'm waiting for FF VII too. I played the computer version, but that was ages ago and since then I've lost my discs. I can't wait to replay it, either a PSN version or a remake.

PSN: chenguo4
Current playing: No More Heroes

It's the second third party. Fatal Inertia a 360 title was the first.

Thanks for the input, Jeff.
