Read the theory in my original post, if it's true it seems as though they know what they are doing.

Season 3 sucked at the start, but it got really really good towards the end.

Season 3 got better toward the end, but I thought the ending could have been alot better, seemed like everything was rushed in the last few minutes, but I'm sure it'll all tie together in Season 4.
