All with Wii controls.

Saga Frontier normally makes hardcore gamers cry bitter sweet tears of agony.

Legendary Brave Fencer Musashi was ok, but didn't capture what was done right in the first game and was much shorter.

The coup de grace would be if Gravity announced Ragnarok Online Wii, I believe that the Wii would be a great entry point for the Korean software market and Gravity could light a flame the path like they did for PC. (Granted EQ can be argued but I'm speaking within' the context of Korean or even eastern software in that likeness.)

The reasons I believe Wii would be a strong format is mainly because of the strong revenue in western (Americas and EU) in the online front through these application, though not necessarily all gaming. Wii format being the most under appreciated in this facet yet still yielding a massive install base.

The market for such software on the Wii would be untested - but that’s the path of innovation, in this case specifically on the Wii.

Gravity would likely have to handle all the internet online stuff themselves rather than going through Nintendo but they're used to it anyway.  Still, the RO2 will likely be quite a bit beyond what the Wii is capable of.

Grand Theft Auto will be published by Capcom in Japan? Really?

Yea I've seen the requirements for RO2, but Gravity codes with a lot of loose ends, there was an article on the differences between Console and PC coding, also I know that Maple Story has a much stronger chance of a Wii appearance over Ragnarok Online.

The thing is that regardless of the relation ship between Nintendo and Wizet, Gravity also could bite the bullet and take the step.

For a fact, both of those companies developed their respective main title on the DS, granted it's only in South Korea but that's because of the very well developed connectivity of that country’s online. (They are both MMORPGS)

Should Gravity go at least Asia only with RO2 on the Wii, I'd be satisfied and that company could secure themselves a spot in the console market. How it would sell... look at Monster Hunter and compare that to RO peak users. (P2P).

At one point in I believe in 2000 the peak for RO was around 40,000 people being on at one moment. That may not be much to World of Warcraft, but for 2000 it was a lot.

However if I had to estimate, Graal had over 400,000 accounts registered, if you look at a game like RO on PC and take into account private servers and that Graal at most had at peak 3000 or so users on-at that time 12 servers and that Graal was free to play so you could have multiple accounts then RO must of had a lot of people registered. Or more people played consistently. I wont go into detail yet though, until I find that article to support my point - if I do find it I'm sure if you are a RO fan, you may find it interesting.

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

Bets with Conegamer:

Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.

Fullfilled Prophecies

Pokemon Emerald "only" sold 2 million in Japan so I dont expect huge sales.

Yea, but Pokemon Platinum is something new in the series, not just an enhanced old game like Emerald was. Trust me it will be huge.

@trestres
I prefer my prediction low so I can be happy when the game outpass it.
