My search for shreds of information on the next installment of Pikmin brought me to Japan’s trademark database where Nintendo registered Piktura a month before E3. Piktura sounds like it could be related to Pikmin since it contains the Pik-prefix.

While they seem to think Piktura might have something to do with the new Pikmin.. if you google "Piktura" lots images of paintings show up. Heck maybe it's a Pikmin painting game. :P So what do you guys think? Mario Paint 2?

YES Mario paint 2 would be awesome! this time the wii mote could be used instead of the mouse

I'm nervous now. I hope it's not a Pikmin painting game. Then I would probably lose faith in Ninty.

I hope they release it for the DS. The DS is perfectly suited to this type of application. It would be timely, given the drought of Nintendo developed games for the DS this year.

Mario paint was actually boring... now the music option was briljant!! Now lets make a game about that!!! Where you can compose classic Nintendo songs!!! ;)

Uh you can't compose music in Wii Music, just press random buttons and have the song play itself.
