game recommendations please

This is going to sound snarky, but with some honesty, you're better off sticking with your Wii, since most of the Dreamcast's best games are getting remakes on it.

Removing the tongue from the cheek, the first Sonic Adventure is alright for its current price. Shenmue is different and new, if clunky. Soul Calibur isn't as good as Soul Calibur 2, but it's dirt cheap now. Skies of Arcadia's alright, although I think it's overrated. Jet Grind Radio is fun and fairly unique, and that goes for Space Channel 5. I'll add any other games I can think of as they come to me.

I'd get one and actually did get one...if you can get it cheap then hell yeah. You don't have to buy any actual games for it. The DreamCast plays burnt games with no mods...catch my drift?

Alright, I jogged my memory online, and it seems like my first statement is still pretty on. Crazy Taxi, Skies of Arcadia, Sonic Adventure, Phantasy Star Online, Code Veronica and Rayman 2 are all on the Gamecube, and thus playable with your Wii (note: the emulation of Sonic Adventure sucked though). Soul Calibur 2 is better than one, and also on Gamecube
Samba de Amigo and House of the Dead are out for the Wii, and Time Crisis and Space Channel 5 are rumored to be on route as well. Bangaio-O and Chu-Chu Rocket are playable on the DS. That leaves Shenmue as the only Dreamcast-exclusive game that you need to play.

Conclusion: stick with the Wii.

If you never played Soul Reaver...and you can pick up the system for about $35...then go for it.
