It might seem like a joke to you, but I somehow find the fact I can crash my car at well over 320kph against a wall and simply bounce off, lose a bit of speed and continue hurtling down the track without any sort of damage to the car a much much bigger joke.

Let's paraphrase what you just said:

"Every car is undamaged in any way no matter what. You never lose anything at all - not even car paint, even if you slam into a wall at 140mph, how is that realistic? Any one who champions GT5's utter lack of damage is NO real racing fan or "sim" fan."

I guess GT5 has done "right" because they don't have damage modeling in a racing "sim"? How about GT5 doing the "right" thing and start calling itself "The Real Arcade Driving Game" instead of "The Real Driving Simulator"?

I know! Polyphony have cojones the size of Texas to bill their "matchbox physics" racing game a simulation!

No damage for any cars. Not evolved at all. Online? Forza had it all along. Evolving because it's now on a console that can push more polygons so the cars look more realistic?

LOL

Fanboys act like Forzas fake bs damage somehowe makes bit better then GT, soory it does not. One has no damage the others damage is utter shiet, thats a joke.

Nice bs, where do i champion GTs no damage ohh yahh no where. Try arguing with out your spin/lies. I Want damage but i want it done right, i dont want half ass'd crap like Forzas damage.

"The Real Driving Simulator" no where do thy say the real crashing simulator. What they do is let you drive the most realistic handling and looking cars.

You act like forzas physics are better LMFAO, you really have no clue what you are arguing.

Damage for "race" cars was already confirmerd, mayeb know wtf you are talking about next time.

"Online? Forza had it all along" your doing what other then trolling ? he said its not evloving why you even replaying at something specificly directed at some one else ?

Look Blue3 Woof,

FYI, I don't play Forza 2 (or 1 for that matter), so you can take your Forza fanboy crap and sling it at someone else.

I'm talking about GT in particular. Having the cojones to bill themselves as the ultimate racing simulation is not just a stretch of the imagination, it's a blatant lie.

Fanboys act like Forzas fake bs damage somehowe makes bit better then GT, soory it does not. One has no damage the others damage is utter shiet, thats a joke.

fake bs damage >>> no damage for a so-called racing sim = that's the real joke

Nice bs, where do i champion GTs no damage ohh yahh no where. Try arguing with out your spin/lies. I Want damage but i want it done right, i dont want half ass'd crap like Forzas damage.

You're right - how can you possibly champion the lack of a feature that any racing simulation should have? So you prefer bumper cars to some semblance of damage in a racing sim? OK...

"The Real Driving Simulator" no where do thy say the real crashing simulator. What they do is let you drive the most realistic handling and looking cars.

Oh, boy, so the possibility of crashing doesn't exist in a real driving simulation? Or is it that Polyphony just feature bumper cars? And if you are going on realistic handling, I'd say crashing against a barrier at 320kph, bouncing off the wall and continuing driving as if nothing happened at all about as far away as a "realistic driving simulation" as you can get. Last time I checked, crashing at those speeds normally will have you placed in a coffin and buried 6 feet under.

Damage for "race" cars was already confirmerd, mayeb know wtf you are talking about next time.

Well, until I see it, you can take you WTF and stick it where the sun don't shine. I've also heard lots of fantastic and exciting stuff about Duke Nukem Forever, BTW.

"Online? Forza had it all along" your doing what other then trolling ? he said its not evloving why you even replaying at something specificly directed at some one else ?

You said: Damage for racing cars, in car view, online. Not evolving.

As far as I recall, Forza had this since v1.

look gballzack, take your crap to the wii forum.

if you never even plad Forza or Forza 2 why the helk are you arging here you troll.

Blue3 Woof Troll,

I have played Forza therefore I can opine as much as I want. I've also played the "very nicely animated and realistic-looking but hideous by racing sim standards GT". I don't play it because I have far better racing simulations I can play. What's your excuse for playing GT?

And how about replying to my posts instead of calling me another troll, you troll?

you are a troll you troll, you have not even played the game yet you post your fanboy opinions on it.

Far better and they are what, exite truck lol.

I stated as much on my previous post. I've played both: the "superior as a racing simulation" Forza and the "inferior as a racing simulation" GT series. Again, what's your excuse? I bet you've never played Forza in your life. I've played GT3 and 4.

Q: How do you tell a troll has no legs to stand on anymore?

A: Nyah, nyah, nyah, you are a troll! You are a troll! You are a troll!

Howsabout you reply to my post, first? You haven't replied to anything I've said!

And you know what? Excite Truck at least doesn't try to claim it's a racing simulator, and therefore kudos to them for not attempting to distort the truth.

yet your ignorant enough to think forza has better physics, you either never played them or have no clue wtf your talking about like i stated before.   Played forza inferior graphics and physics to GT,  Forza 2 still inferior physics and rofl it looks worse then a GT demo.

You really need to learn how to read. Try TLDI - the Trolling Language Deficiency Institute - they can help you attain higher-than nursery reading comprehension skills, and who knows? Maybe extend your vocabulary beyond that of WTF, LOL and "mayeb".

I have already said that I have played Forza. I have played GT4. I in fact own both games. You are the one who doesn't have any essential and critical reading comprehension skills to somehow omit this point.

But OK, since I am dealing with someone who is "reading-challenged", I'm going to make it perfectly clear for you:

I OWN AND HAVE PLAYED GT4

I OWN AND HAVE PLAYED FORZA MOTORSPORT

I FAIL TO SEE HOW A SUPPOSED RACING SIMULATION CAN EXCLUDE CAR DAMAGE, AN ESSENTIAL PART OF MOTOR RACING, AND STILL HAVE THE HYPOCRISY TO CALL ITSELF A SIMULATION.

I DON'T CONSIDER FORZA TO BE A GOOD RACING SIMULATOR, BUT IT IS A BETTER ATTEMPT THAN GT AS FAR AS RACING SIMULATIONS GO.

Hey, at least it has damage modeling.

Better attempt lol you really are delusional , forzas physics are way inferior.  The most important aspect of the game is inferior.  That really makes it better.

The essential parts of motor racing is damage, LMFAO are you really that ignorant.  Just say you have no clue what racing is, that would explain all your bs.

Please tell me in which ways Forza's physics are inferior to GT's.

The essential parts of motor racing is damage

Again, please try to read. I said it is AN essential part of MOTOR RACING, not THE essential parts, like the way you've twisted my words.

Again, so you don't miss a thing:

I FAIL TO SEE HOW A SUPPOSED RACING SIMULATION CAN EXCLUDE CAR DAMAGE, AN ESSENTIAL PART OF MOTOR RACING, AND STILL HAVE THE HYPOCRISY TO CALL ITSELF A SIMULATION.

OK, I am ready for the Pepsi challenge. If you honestly think I have no clue what racing is, please tell me in which ways Forza's physics are inferior to GT's.

This is the dumbest thread yet... There have been 4 Gran Turismos People... Count em 4!!! you re just getting enough balls to complain about car damage>??? GT5 is gonna suck just because it wont Have car damage??? 8 million people dont agree with you... i for one would like car damage... but the game wont suck just because it wont have it... and yes Forza 2 is a good game but... The GT SERies is overall better... and this is coming from a person who loves both...
