Forums - Nintendo - Who else wants to see Crystal Bearers at TGS?

The last trailer came out May of last year. It was suppose to release in Japan this year, but chances of that happening are really slim. I think that the game was delayed for two reasons. 1 To put more effort in the game because of the Wii's surprising success, and 2 To implement Crystal Tools into square enix's first big Wii game, and seeing how well the engine works on the Wii for future games, and of course to push the console to its limits like they do with every console they develop for.

May 2007 Trailer

The game looks pretty nice, and already seems to have a much larger budget than the first Crystal Chronicles. It looks more like Final Fantasy imo while keeping elements from the Crystal Chronicles series. It also looks different from the first trailer shown , supporting my point on putting more effort into the game.

E3 2006 trailer? I'm not too sure but some time before the launch of the Wii.

I think a trailer, or even a release date at TGS would bring back the hype for the game. Especially when there are alot of people who think the game is cancelled. Also if the game is turning out the way I think it is I could see it selling amazingly well, and alot better than the first game or Ring of Fates. Right now we know very little about the game, and could only hope for it to be shown at TGS. So what do you think the chances of it being shown at TGS are?

Who's going to say no? It's probably the only Final Fantasy we'll get on the Wii for a long time anyway!

And knowing it's not vaporware, there's always a chance we'll see another trailer for the game at TGS.

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

Who doesn't want to see this at TGS? Anyways it's not using Crystal Tools so people should stop telling themselves this until it actually happens.

What I bet will happen is that they'll show a new trailer but that will be about it. No gameplay or hands on.

What I'm interested in is what they're going to announce next...obviously Soul Eater isn't cutting it for their lineup. I'm expecting Mana, or SaGa, and Haeresis XIII.

Tag - "No trolling on my watch!"

I don't want it there....

I want it at home NOW so I can play the damn thing.

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

Ugh stupid S-E always being secretive... Not telling anything... I hope this game is shaping up, so much, that they will show it at TGS!

I sure hope so,

I never actually played the original Gamecube game, but I keep thinking about grabbing it.

Sure as long as they don't announce that Ineed my gba to play with my friends I'll be happy. =)

I still have 3 gbas and 4 GC to GBA cords too. XD

I'm Unamerica and you can too.

lol

I think that not having that requirement will be a selling point.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

I hope it is there and turns out to be much better than the GC version. I did not enjoy the GC version that much, in fact I never even finished it because I just lost interest. I mean it had its fun moments but all in all it was pretty dull. I so want this one to be better.

Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

I would like to see some DS connectivity, but I don't want the game to be focused on that like the original. It seems to be more single player based though.
