Gamecube was by far the best console last gen, but gamers are usually too stupid to see things outside of console wars.

So Sony is just trying to spice up the numbers, lol.

So the Wii will pass the N64 pretty soon then.

The only goal nintenod ever mentioned was something Iwata said. To quote from memory: "If the Wii doesnt outsell the Gamecube then we will consider it a failure"

He never mentioned a milestone for what they percieve success as, just failure.

Not surprising. Though so far I think I still like my N64 better.

Sales wise though people are all about the funky new way to play. It's awesome.

That picture up there makes me want to buy a new *modded* N64.

The Wii is coming close to the N64 i think in a few months it has over 33 milljon.

make that a few weeks...
